But where it truly excels is in its ability to retract fully, sliding the blades aside to reveal uninterrupted open sky above.
This smooth, reliable movement is powered by Renson’s patented S-Drive technology, which synchronises both sides of the roof so the louvres glide back in one seamless action — with no gaps between blades when closed. When in the closed position, the roof is completely watertight, with integrated drainage channels guiding rainwater away discreetly through the columns.
Every Skye is made to order with millimetre precision, ensuring it integrates perfectly into your space. It can be installed freestanding, wall-mounted, or combined in coupled modules for larger projects. Optional side elements — from sliding glass walls to Fixscreens® or outdoor curtains — enhance comfort and extend usability in all seasons.
