The Process
The journey begins with a visit to our Attleborough showroom, where you can see a Renson pergola for yourself and discover the quality of the design up close. We’ll take the time to discuss your ideas and explore the different ways a pergola could enhance your outdoor space. To make the process even smoother, we encourage you to bring photos of the area you have in mind — this helps us suggest the most suitable configurations and customisation options to suit your lifestyle.
From there, we’ll create a tailored 3D design, giving you a clear view of how your pergola will look and function in your garden. Every detail is considered, from finishes and colours to optional extras such as integrated lighting, heating or sliding panels. A full quotation is provided alongside your design, so you have complete clarity before moving forward. Once the proposal has been reviewed, we’ll arrange a site survey to confirm measurements and final details.
With the design approved, we place your order with Renson. Each pergola is made to order in Belgium, with an average lead time of 6–8 weeks. If you’re using our landscaping service, we’ll prepare the groundwork for you, or we can liaise with your contractors to ensure everything is ready for installation. Once your pergola arrives, our specialist team fits it with precision, ensuring every detail is finished to the highest standard. The result is a bespoke Renson pergola, perfectly installed and ready to enjoy all year round.
